Help with Windows 10 BSOD errors

Hey Guys, I need help with BSOD errors that I've been encountering for the past 4 months. The thing is these BSODs only occur during the weekdays during work, and they usually only have programs like Chrome/Edge, skype/discord and Modelling creative suites on. During the weekends when I'm gaming, BSODs are non-existent.
Heres my setup: Ryzen 7 3600x (OC disabled) Aorus B450 M Nvidia GTX 1660 Super 2x 8gb 3200Mhz Kingston HyperX Fury Ram
The BSODs are: system exception error irql_not_less_or_equal kernel data inpage error kernel security check failure
Seaching on the net, these BSODs are said to be fixed by updating windows 10 drivers or video card drivers, which I did but to no effect...
I've updated the drivers to the latest release: Windows 10 Version 2004 (KB4569745, 14/08/2020) GeForce Game Ready Driver Ver. 451.67 (07/09/2020 release)
To add, I've also been experiencing app crashes like Discord...whenever I'm not gaming, Chrome during videocalls showing the error "status_access_violation"...maybe these might add to the diagnosis.
Any answers or solutions are welcome, I really want to remove these errors since these destroy my work productivity for so long already that I had enough.

BSODs after power outtage; CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED, UNEXPECTED _STORE_EXCEPTION and, rarely, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

I run a windows 10 PC that I built around 7 years ago and upgrade as needed. We had a power outage a month or so ago including some flickering. I did have a surge protector, but did not have a UPS (I do now!). Since then I have a BSODs every other day or so (sometimes several times per day) that have mostly been CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED, UNEXPECTED _STORE_EXCEPTION and, rarely, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. I have since run
  • chkdskon all drives (all good), hdtune pro error check on all drives (no errors), CDI (all good; results here: https://pastebin.com/q0aaUirs ), Sandisk SMART extended diagnostic check on my SSD OS drive (no errors)
  • memtest86 ran for ~12 hours 2x (no errors)
  • scans w/ malwarebytes, superantispyware & windows security essentials (no issues found)
  • ran system file checker (SFC) and Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) (some issues found and fixed once; no issues since)
  • manually checked CPU & Bios drivers and used driver booster to verify remaining drivers
  • I bought a power supply tester and tested power supply (no issues other than PG power signal was flashing/beeping though it was at 150ms which is supposedly within spec) Power supply is ~ 2 years old.
  • I am running driver verifier now, but I haven't gotten a blue screen while running it yet.
I am considering reloading from an earlier system image or, preferably not, using windows' "reset this pc". I would like to avoid the trouble of having to reinstall programs if possible (no system restore available) and I am not 100% convinced this isn't a hardware problem.
